Hello! It’s been a little while since the last blog. Can you believe it we’re in 2023.
Hope you had a lovely festive period and got a chance to relax and unwind.
Have you made your new year goals yet?
The tendency is to rush into making those goals, but before you do, this is a great chance to PAUSE.
REVIEW last year and REFLECT.
Take the time to reflect on what you have achieved in 2022. No matter how big or small.
Write them down.
Acknowledge your successes.
Look at the challenges you have overcome. And if you didn’t quite get there with some of the goals, just reassess and see what you can do to make it happen this year.
I'm in the middle of doing just this. It's very therapeutic and can also help decide your goals for 2023.
I have rejigged the website and will be back to updating the blog more regularly. The areas I love to talk about are around goal setting & visioning, creating a fun and more aligned life for women in midlife and the strategies to get there.
I believe that success is an inside job so topics like building self confidence and belief and living more authentically (true to ourselves). This inner work and your mindset is key to creating and actually taking action to manifest our goals. If this is you - stick around.
